Writing and Reading Night

We had a great Writing Night with students, parents and teachers!
First we decorated the great Writing Boxes that were donated from the
Omaha Box Company. They were awesome!
The boxes were filled with paper, pencils, markers, crayons, stickers and more.
Many of these items were donated from Enterprise Bank, the Holling Heights PTA,
Pinnacle Bank and the Omaha World-Herald.

Then we rotated through three different centers where we used a recipe to make
a snowman treat, we made stationery so we can write letters or notes and we started
a new journal of our very own.

Before we went home we met in the gym to enjoy some brownies,
donated by Mimi's at Village Pointe.
We also took home a new book from Scholastic.

It was a great writing event!
