Mrs. Bergstrom

Welcome to J. Sterling Morton Elementary School, home of the Mavericks!

Mrs. Bergstrom is the Principal at Morton Elementary School. Her favorite things about Morton are getting the children off the bus each morning, 'Maverick Moments' (our all-school assembly) each Wednesday morning and Family Nights!!! When she's not at school, you'll find her out running, riding her bike or reading children's literature. Mrs. Bergstrom's favorite books are -Ish by Peter Reynolds, The Emperor's New Clothes by Hans Christian Anderson, and The China Doll by Eliza Pilgrim. Her fondest memory of elementary school is when Mrs. Puls, her first grade teacher, read books about Beezus and Ramona by Beverly Cleary after lunch. It was the best part of every day! Stop by the office soon and say hello!
