ust imagine marching around the
J
school's parking lot at 8:00 in the
morning, during sub zero degree
weather. Sound like fun? Well, in order to
prepare for various parades and games, the
marching band had to do just that.
Also, in order to raise 1110ney for
different performances, the bands sold
magazine subscriptions and candles.
The band performed at UNO, Platts-
mouth and at home football games. The
concert band performed at school and at the
districts which were held at Papillion.
Stagehand performed at school concerts,
competitions in Bellevue and UNO and for
various elementary schools.
Chosen for All-State were Juniors
Shari Bromly, Bobbie Johnson, Shane
Swanson, and Jeana Trembly and Soph-
omores Jolene Holter, Laurel Thiel, and
Laura Witle.
