The twists and turns of the silver anniversary led to the beginning of
building renovations and many technological advancements. The
potential OPS takeover did not hinder building plans and wasn't a ...
contributing factor in remodeling. -:
''The biggest concern we have is a cafeteria and parking space," assistant
principal Greg Tiemann said. "The new parking lot will provide 130 new
spaces and is due to be completed by the start of school next fall." ~
In addition to the parking lot, the Mustang Center, some classrooms,
and all the bathrooms began production in March. The classrooms were
updated with new carpeting, a brand new paint job, and new cabinets.
The bathrooms were done one at a time and were scheduled to be
finished over a period of one year.
According to Tiemann, the Mustang Center, the new cafeteria, will have
an outdoor entrance and act as a banquet hall for school gatherings.
New classrooms and building additions provided new places for
students to begin leaving their legacy.
