STUDENTS FOUND CLUBS AND SPORTS TO BE AWAY TO GET INVOLVED AND INTERACT
( When the final bell rang at 3:15, some students stopped
at their locker and headed home. For those students
involved in school sponsored activities, the fun was
just beginning. Clubs and sports were a way for stu-
dents to interact with others and stay active in school.
"Running track was a great way to support school
through athletics. I brought my friends to meets and it
boosted school spirit. They were just great experiences,"
sophomore Carly Weber said.
Activities such as sporting events and different comp-
etitions attracted supportive spectators and
IIPIIIEI attendance.
"The Wf.W tradition of theme nights for
Varsity basketball was fantastic. I don 't know
how they did it, but everyone got involved,"
Activities Director June Morrissey said.
Being involved in any of MN's available
clubs and sports gave students the opportu-
nity to meet Wf.W people and support their
school. ]
