reshmanl This year was the beginning
of a whole new life and an image-maker
for remaining high school years to
          come.
              Getting involved and meeting new
people is what being a freshman was about. t/
Renee Moore said, "It's a lot better because
there are more things to get involved in and
more people to meet," when asked how she
liked being a freshman. Jana Schmidt said,
"It's a lot better than the past years. but I'm
          looking forward to moving up."
According to some freshman. high school
was really an improvement over jr. high
school. Tim Rothanzal said, "It's fun being in
the high school with upperclassmen, and it's
neat that freshman were able to go to
Homecoming and b~ a part of royalty." As
a result, freshman seemed to enjoy being in
high school, getting involved, and meeting
          new people.
