he 1984 Mustangs have started off
on the right track. E.veryone has
T been looking forward to a new and
exciting year at Millard North; students
ranging all the way from nervous,
first-year freshmen to seniors, anxious to
say their good-byes.
Following traditions that have been
started, the Mustangs will see their fellow
classmates through Powder Puff football,
plays, musicals, the Variety Show,
numerous bake sales, and something all
look forward to, the infamous Senior
pranks.
Students are anxious to get their
foreign language, math, Forenics and
FBLA clubs organized, and start their
many activities and functions. This year
there will be two summer trips planned
for interested students sponsored by
members of the faculty. Leon May,
Spanish teacher, will sponsor a trip to
Mexico; and Denny Owens, Social Studies
teacher, will sponsor a month-long tour of
Europe.
Along with the usual fun associated
at Millard North, changes in curriculum
and requirements are also in the process
