                        them done even when they didn't want to.

                                                   "Labs  are
                                            boring , but it's bet-
                                            ter than listening to
                                            a  lecture,"  junior
                                            Tammy Darr said.
                                                   Doing  the
                                            actual  lab  could
                                            have been fun,  but
                                            that was not all  the
                                            responsibilities that
                                            came  with  it.  Du-
                                            ties could  have  in-
                                            cluded  collecting
                                            data, cleaning up  ,
                                            or  typing  a  sum-
                                            mary, but students
                                            found  a way to  get
                                            it  done.

                               Labs helped students  realize that
                        they were capable of accomplishing any-
                        thing they put  their minds to  .  After  the
                        final  result  was  obtained,  students  had
                        found  that  they  had  learned  a  valuable
                        lesson  dealing  with  responsibility,  team
                        work, dedication,  and  independence.
