                              In  order to  survive  competition,
                       students had  to  work hard  and  practice
                       often, sometimes coming in for hours  be-
                       fore and  after school.  Doing well  in  com-
                       petition was always exciting, but students
                       had to realize that not everyone c;:ould  win.
