Welcome to the Grand Opening of Millard North
High School! As man y know, thi s was the first year
1981 Millard had two, four year high schools . The old
high school, referred to as South , w as still the .
Indians , North, ereviously Level I, became
the Mustangs. I o show the staff's
appreciation, the week before
opening, Principal Dr. Ike Pane
took a cake decorated in the
image of construction work-
ers, over to the men who
·worked on the building . A
new building, new people,
friends, mascot, and of course new colors
represented the Mustang pride and spi rit.

Welcome to the 20th year of Millard
2001 North High School. In 1998 Dr. Ike P
announced his retirement and named
Dr. Linda Wyatt his successor.
Because of the changing times
and controversial events
that occurred nationw i
MN took general while they were
precautions that
would not have
been heard of rock stars

by all, but
even the con-
struction workers
were required to
wear photo ID's among the
other staff of the school. Two decades of tradition,
spirit, and education were recognized and emphasized
by students and staff. Those who were taught here have
become those who teach. Those who taught them , be-
came their colleagues. A remembrance ot their contribu-
tions to MN's histor y has been vividl y stated.
