                            :[!   program to try out Roberts milk ma-
                     2001  ~  chines. Omaha was one of five  cities in
                                 the U.S. to be involved. The choices of
                                 milk were orange, strawberry, white, and

                           Welcome  to the  Grand Opening of Millard North
                           High  School!  As  man y know, thi s was the  first  year
                 1981      Millard had two, four  year high  schools . The  old

                           high  school,  referred to as  South , w as still  the   .
                           Indians , North, ereviously Level  I, became
                           the  Mustangs.  I o show  the  staff's
                           appreciation, the  week  before
                           opening, Principal  Dr. Ike Pane
                           took a  cake decorated in  the
                           image of  construction  work-
                           ers, over to the  men  who
                          ·worked on  the  building . A
                           new  building,  new  people,
                           friends, mascot, and of course              new  colors
                           represented the  Mustang pride and spi rit.

                           Welcome  to the  20th year of Millard
                2001       North High  School.  In  1998 Dr. Ike  P
                           announced  his  retirement and named
                           Dr. Linda  Wyatt his  successor.
                           Because  of the  changing  times
                           and controversial  events
                           that occurred nationw i
                           MN took general                                                         while they  were
                           precautions  that
                           would  not have
                           been heard of                                                                     rock stars
                           20 years                                                               before they were heroes
                          · before.

                           by all, but
                           even  the  con-
                           struction  workers
                           were required to
                           wear photo ID's  among                                 the
                           other staff of the  school.   Two decades of  tradition,
                           spirit, and education were recognized and emphasized
                           by students  and staff.  Those  who  were taught here have
                           become those  who  teach.  Those who  taught them , be-
                           came  their  colleagues. A  remembrance ot their  contribu-
                           tions  to MN's histor y has  been  vividl y stated.
