The boys and girls cross country
Iteam ran like tfle wind, had fun spending
time together, and earned race results
that were well deserved.
"My favorite meet was Class of the
Metro be<Zause I got first. It is the- onl y
race I've ever won, ' sophomore Allie

Muench said.
To prepare for meets, both teams had
pasta dinners at one of the team members'
houses .
The team had a lot of bonding this year
because of senior leadership.
"This year was better than anY, other
:zear because I had to take charge,' senior
I im Danaher said. "There were no leaders
of the older QUYS to help us come along
from last year.'
The team did what their slogan said: they
"unleashed the beast".
