Eating hea lthy was ve ry difficult, espec ially when

"Sti cking to a hea lthy diet is difficult beca use I
love sweets, especially cooki es! " freshman Allison
Wood sa id .
Although sticking to a hea lthy diet was eas ier sa id
than done, th ere was no difficulty in deciding a
favorite treat.
"My favo rite indulgence is ice crea m. I like to eat
a bowl of it whenever I've had a bad day. I guess it's
like my co mfort food, but I only allow myse lf to eat a
little, so I only use very small bowls. I try to ea t all
fit junk food in moderation. It's hard to do, but ove rall ,
it's worth it," junior Amanda Emery sa id .
