The Fall Festival was a fun place to spend a little
extra money. Middle Sophomore Trevor Barton, is

participated in MN's first annual Fall Festival.
The recent festival's major goal was to
provide an activity through which many
different clubs could have a good time. Vice
President of DECA. Kevin Plautz, laughingly
admitted, "We had a good time and I feel that
the Festival was a success."
Splash! And in went the next victim of the
ever popular drinking booth. The booth, which
was sponsored by the National Honor Society,
attracted as one of its dunkee' s Senior Todd
Johnson dunked by Senior R. J. Nebe.
The student council was not far behind.
They organized and sponsored the deliciously
fattening cake walk, which attracted a
considerable amount of participants.
Defying gravity was on the minds of the
many children who jumped and bounced inside
the spacey moonwalk which was provided by
Fundways.
The Tic Tac Toe game, the ring toss, the
poster toss, the Glassware toss and the lollipop
n"ee were other games which contributed to
the fun.
When the clubs decided thctt a Fall Festival
was the answer to how they could all get
together to have a good time, get together
they did! The Art Club, FBlA, Swim T earn,
Spanish, French, and German Clubs were
involved. The contributors to the fun do not
stop there-The Varsity, J.V., and Sophomore,
Cheerleaders, Wrestling Auxiliary and the Drill
Team had stakes in the action.
According to the committee, the 1982 Fall
Festival proved to be a fun and profitable
event. Many are looking forward to seeing it
incorporated as a MN Tradition.
