Many extra curr icular activities required
extra dedication. Journalism was one of them. Spending
some of their evening hours working on layout and copy "
for newspaper and yearbook are Sophomores Jennifer
Alberry and Melissa Marti. (R. Rasmussen)
Cheerleading took many hours of hard
work and outside spirit promotion. Boys Varsity Cheer-
leader Dana Omasits stays after school to make signs for
the next day's football game. (5. Wandel)

                   "I feel that society
                   has become more
                   aware of the prob-
                   lems that face the
                   public. In the future,
                   hopefully this will con-
                   tinue, though every-
one needs to get in- --

                                  Fundraisers were an important way
for clubs and other school sponsored groups to earn
money. Warm weather at the beginning of the school
year was an asset to the DECA carwash. Senior Kim
Mahoney and other members of the group help out.
