National Qualifiers
                    For  the first  time in  the history of the qualifying
                    tournament, Millard North was able to qualify all
                    three entries in a single event. Five  out of the ten
                    competitors will be competing at the National
                    tournament this  summer held in  Fargo,  North
                    Dakota.
                    The  winners of the qualifying tornament were as
                    follows:
                    Ryan Bergmann-- l st in  Humorous Interpretation
                    Morgan Shaw-- l st  in Original Oratory
                    NeKia House-- l st  in  Dramatic Interpretation
                    Matt Solberg-- 2nd in  Dramatic Interpretation
                    Anna Behney-- 3rd in  Dramatic Interpretation
                    Those  competitors  who also  made it  to finals
                    were:
                    Melissa Connell-- 4th in  Dramatic Interpretation
                    Jack Wei-- 6th in  Extemporaneous Speaking
