and Troy Schell pitched well enough
during the seasonand tournament play
to go to the State championship.
Coach Ron Johnette said, "The pitch-
ing kept us in every game, and that
was pretty remarkable." He also noted
that the lost games were due to the
need to score more runs .
This year, different from in the
past, many players had become aware
of more togetherness. Junior Todd
