Choosing and applying for colleges took a large part of

Besides filling out applications, there were the difficult
decisions of narrowing down the choices.
"The important thing I look for when picking a college is
how many people already attend, the location, what it offers,
and what it looks like," senior Jenny Janis said.
"For the most part, I'm looking forward to college. It's a
new beginning, and I'll meet new friends. But the rest of me is
scared and sad. Losing my friends and family will be hard, and
I'll miss them more than anything," senior Tara Dinslage said.
'The whole thought of college is overwhelming and
full of excitement. It means starting over with new friends,
classes, and place. Trying to room with a friend from high
school is a good idea for me because you aren't starting off
alone, and you have someone you already know, senior Matt
McVey said .
