students found it h2rd to find sp2re time to do homework.
"Be1ng involved in student council, history club, 2nd
h2ving 2 jO b le2ve me no time to j ust rel2x, 2nd g2ve me very
little time to do homework," junior Laura Graff s2id.
Students found th2t some te2chers did not
underst2nd how much students h2d going on in their lives every
n1ght with 2ctivities 2nd jobs.
"Most te2chers do underst2nd th2t students h2ve
things going on, but I think 2t times they believe th2t their cl2ss
should be the most import2nt thing to us," senior Sarah
Campbell s2 id.
Soci2l studies te2cher Lance Ott s2id th2t it w2s
fe2s1ble for students to go to school, pl2y sports 2nd h2ve the '

responsibility of 2 job. I
"I had to do 1t. I worked at Baker's and competed in
sports at MN. It can be done but one must be disciplined and
org2nized," Ott s2id.
When students were not structured 2nd org2n ized,
they found th2t It w2s difficult to get 2ssignments in on time.
"I 2m not involved in 2nything, but I 2m l2zy, so it IS still
h2rd to get things done, 2nd sometimes I j ust don't do it,"
sophomore Patrick Wanning s2id.
Freshm2n Brittany Shelton found th2t she gets
most of her homework in 2lgebr2 2nd Americ2n history. It w2s
2lmost 2 gu2r2ntee th2t students would receive homework 1n
their m2th cl2ss every d2y.
However, students usu2lly found time to f1nish
everything, turn it in on t1me, 2nd p2ss with flying colors .
