S all the way to show support for their team. Sports fa-
porting events were the place to be for those who went
natics layered on their teams' colors, warmed up their vocal
cords, and got their game faces on in preparation to cheer
thei r favorite team to victory.
"During Husker games, I cheer as loud as possible. If
not, I feel like I didn't help much. I pray, and I wear a ton
of red ," senior Chase Martin said.
For some fans, the love of sports ran in the family.
"My dad is a huge Michigan fan, so I've grown up as a
fanatic too," sophomore Amy Levinger said.
To show their support for different teams, students
decked themselves out in jerseys, face paint, and other
clothes and accessories.
"I own like ten different Red Sox hats, and I have to
watch every game with my favorite one on," junior Kevin
Jones said.
To cheer on their favorite teams, students attended
games, wore their team colors, and screamed loudly. Sports
fanatics took the love of the game to a whole new level.
