scene. Junior Adele Phares
felt, "The band was excel-
lent." Mainstreet came from
Lincoln to play for prom.
Sharing the prom under
one theme, "The Best Of
Times", with South aroused
various feelings. Senior Teresa
Kloster commented. " I didn't
like having prom with South , it
caused unnecessary crowd-
ing." Since it was the first year
that Millard students were
separated from good friends.
the administrators from both
schools decided that prom
would be a Millard North-
Millard South joint event. Some
students liked the idea but
others felt that if we were to
become an individual school
there was no reason to have
prom together.
After prom. couples did
many different things. Playing
Putt-Putt. going bowling, and
going to motel parties seemed
to be the favorites.
