Every Day

          Shows Pattern

                  -Kevin Ridley-

All seven days of the week had some
kind of routine or pattern with school or at
          home.
Monday was the long, dull and tired
day. Most students were tired that day because
of the lack of sleep they had over the weekend.
Sophomore Katie Glorvick said, "On Monday
I had trouble staying awake in class because of
I the sleep I couldn't catch up during weekend. "
Tuesday was a day that no students
I really cared about. -Junior Alex Nigro agreed,
~ "Tuesdays you just do nothing in school or
          anywhere else."
Wednesday wasa day where you could
I have a lot of free time for yourself. You didn't
get as much homework because the day was-
considered to be a family/church night. You
didn't have to worry about tests the next day,
and you could talk to people about the upcom-
          ing weekend.
Thursday was a fun but hard day.
The fun part was planning for Friday night.
Friends call ed each other up to see what was
going on the next night. "I likedto call people
up and see if there was something to do on the
weekend," said Junior Angie Draney. There
were also good television shows to watch on
          Thursdays. Students either watched the
          Simpsons or Cosby Show.
By Friday it was time to unwind, but
not until the end of the school day. Students
were frustrated because of the number of tests
that day. "It was hard to study when you had
about five tests that day," said Sophomore Dan
Gudenrath. At the end of the day students put
off school for once and concentrated on fun .
On Saturday students slept in during
the day and went out again that night. How-
ever, others might work or babysit. "Some-
times I babysat on Saturdays because there was
nothing usually going on that day," said
          Freshman Jenny Underwood . .
Sundays students either slept in or
they had to wake up early. Some students went
to church or they preferred to sleep in. Others
usually spent time with their family or just
went to work. James Abbott Jessica Allen Matthew Anderson Robyn Bartling Michelle Beffa
