publi cations. They came away from the experien ce with
sk1lls and opportunities for the future.
At first, senior Lindsey Dame , co-editor of the
yearboo k, was overwhelmed with the JOb of putting
together the yearbook , but as the year progressed ,
she realized what 1t really meant to have such a big job.
!When we put together the yearboo k, we are
piecing together everyone's memories for the year.
I've really enjoyed working With the people on staff
while watching the yearboo k come together. The late
nights and extra hours Ashley Rohng and I have put
1nto th1s jOb is definitely going to make seeing the
finished product worth it," Dame said.
Editor-in-chief senior Krystal Overmyer spent
many late Monday nights editing the newspaper .
Tve found that newspaper has given me the
ability to have my voice and opinion heard . I've had the
chance to explore career opportunitieS and make close
relationships," Overmy~r said.
Helping to offset costs, junior Jen Neuberger
committed her time to produ cing the business ads
section.
Tve spent a lot of time calling bus inesses and
selling and design ing their ads. I've learned how to deal
w1th customers and work with a partner," Neuberger said .

ager and a staff

made sure that everyone is covered ec:wally in the
boo k, while still doing layouts," said Cooper .
The efforts of both staffs resulted in a
Cornhus ker newspaper and an honor of distinction
yearboo k awards.
