                                                                 JCB planned  Prom With  the theme "More Than
                                                          Words."  With the size of the jun1or  and  senior classes,
                                                          finding a Prom Site was qu1te difficult. UNO  was the
                                                          site in  the past, but it wasn't able  to accommodate
                                                          our number. So Doubletree Hotel was the chosen
                                                          location.
                                                                 "The  kids worked hard under the circumstances

                                                          this year.  With t he  location change  and  a considerable
                                                          raise in  expenses they had their work cut out for
                                                          them," advisor Keith Neth said.
                                                                 SCB  organized sen1or  forum, but also were
                                                          responsible for putting together the sen1or  video. The
                                                          v1deo  was a way to really wrap up  the year.
                                                                  For one  student JUSt  be1ng  elected to SCB  was
                                                          something she had  been  waiting for throughout h1gh
                                                          school.

                                                                  "I  really wanted to be  elected. I  felt It was a
                                                          good way to get involved  in  my class, and  that it would
                                                          look good on  college  applications," senior Amy Kopecky
                                                          said.
                                                                  The  history club  spent the whole  year planning
                                                          fund-raising for their annual  trip. They  chose New
                                                          Orleans because of its histoncal value  and  Interest to
                                                          the members.           ,             ,

                                                           students always make the most out of the trips, and
                                                           they are really great experiences," advisor Maureen
                                                           Konwinski sa1d.
                                                                  The  students got t o learn responsibility and
                                                           were able  to partake in  memorable school activities.
