JCB planned Prom With the theme "More Than
Words." With the size of the jun1or and senior classes,
finding a Prom Site was qu1te difficult. UNO was the
site in the past, but it wasn't able to accommodate
our number. So Doubletree Hotel was the chosen
location.
"The kids worked hard under the circumstances
this year. With t he location change and a considerable
raise in expenses they had their work cut out for
them," advisor Keith Neth said.
SCB organized sen1or forum, but also were
responsible for putting together the sen1or video. The
v1deo was a way to really wrap up the year.
For one student JUSt be1ng elected to SCB was
something she had been waiting for throughout h1gh
school.
"I really wanted to be elected. I felt It was a
good way to get involved in my class, and that it would
look good on college applications," senior Amy Kopecky
said.
The history club spent the whole year planning
fund-raising for their annual trip. They chose New
Orleans because of its histoncal value and Interest to
the members. , ,
