                                                          Council  is  meeting  all  of the new  people  each  year,  and
                                                          being  productive  during  the year/' junior  Em ily Liu  said.
                                                                 National  Honor  Society helped  get students

                                                          Involved  in  the community . Each  JUnior  member  had  to
                                                          complete  at least 18 hours  of community  serv1ce  and

                                                          seniors  1  0 hours  for the year to stay a member  of
                                                          the group.  They  also  put together the Mister and  Miss
                                                          Mustang Contest. Canned  food was  collected  to

                                                          benet it the communit Y-
                                                                 "My  favonte thing  about NHS  is  we  get the
                                                          opportunity to volunteer  in  the community . For my

                                                          serv1ce  hours  I  helped  out at the Homewor k Hotl 1ne,
                                                          and  I also  sold  honey  for the Ollie  V/ebb  Foundation /'
