finals crept closer. Flashcards, highlighters, review packets, and sleep-deprivation
flooded in as we prepped for the anxiety-filled days. Unless, of course, you
settled for the popular "wing-it" method. But relief soon came as we
were blissfully sent off to relish in the freedom of winter break.
It was the time to think about our friends, family, and our
own mental health. Soon 2011 became just another
number of years past when resolutions to bet-
ter ourselves for the future engraved in
the back of our heads on the 31st.
A fresh start lurked around
the oth er side of mid-
night; it was time
for 2012.
